My first bite of Ritespice Kitchen’s food instantly took me back to my exchange semester in India, and it quickly became one of my go-to meals in Ann Arbor. After joining the pop-up team, I began serving food but soon recognized the need for stronger marketing to better highlight its freshness and quality.
My first project was a redesign of the main banner, creating visibility from a distance and providing access to our digital links via a QR code. While this made our setup more official, we still needed quick eye popping visuals of the amazing food to draw in customers.
Once we had stronger visibility and instant recognition of our food, the next step was creating advertisements to promote upcoming events—especially since we still didn’t have a consistent storefront.
We continue to improve our efforts through flyers, social media posts, and expanded menu cards. It’s been a rewarding learning experience to see my work draw in more customers and help elevate a business I’m genuinely passionate about.
